Welcome to the Ecologue user guide. This guide provides comprehensive information on how to collect, manage, and store ecological data with Ecologue.

Ecologue is a module of the OneDArT platform and contains two integrated applications:

Project Management: Create, edit, and manage your ecological data collection projects in a web browser;
Custom Digital Data Sheets: Design digital data sheets for mobile that you and your team members can collect data with;
Offline Data Collection: Gather ecological data using the mobile app, ensuring continuity in offline environments;
Multimedia Integration: Capture photographs, record sound, and scan barcodes seamlessly within the mobile interface;
Sample Tracking Automation: Automatically generate sample tracking files during sequencing plate preparation;
Seamless Integration: Connect to other OneDArT modules; and
Flexible Data Transfer: Includes data sharing solutions, including with 3rd party applications such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
